a toronto man is accused of sexual assaulting someone he met online just before christmas.
toronto police claim the accused and the alleged victim connected through a dating app on dec. 22, 2023, and arranged to meet in person.
the victim brought a friend to the meeting, and after the initial meetup blocked the accused from further communication, police allege.
the accused then allegedly used the alias “chris” to convince the victim to meet on christmas day in the area of beverley st. and dundas st. w.
that’s when cops allege the victim was sexually assaulted.
a suspect was subsequently identified and arrested.
bi sehi leandre olivier sehi, 24, is charged with three counts of sexual assault, two counts of assault, and one count of forcible confinement.
