one person is dead after a collision thursday morning in surrey involving a dump truck and suv.
rcmp say it happened shortly after 6:30 a.m. in the 12200-block of 80 avenue. the driver of the suv died at the crash site.
investigators are trying to figure out what caused the collision.
rcmp say 80 avenue is closed to westbound traffic from 124 street to 120a street.
anyone with information, including dash cam footage in the area on 80 avenue and 122a street, is asked to contact the surrey rcmp at 604-599-0502.
