a woman took out her anger inside a new york city pet shop by kicking cages containing puppies and slapping a tourist in a rage that was caught on video.

in a number of videos shared by citipups chelsea , an angry woman can be seen wandering around the store, kicking puppy kennels, attempting to swat a cellphone out of the manager’s hand and slapping a woman in the face while on her way out.

the incident reportedly took place mid-afternoon on feb. 17, according to the new york police department.

fox news reported the woman who was slapped was visiting from texas and was left stunned with a bleeding nose as the other woman was shown the door by citipups staff. it also looked like the irate woman spat on the victim upon her exit.

in an interview with the new york post , citipups store manager emilio ortiz said the victim also suffered facial swelling with the bloody nose.

ortiz said she was visiting nyc for the first time when the incident happened.

so she was a tourist, and it’s, like, imagine being your first day in new york, you’re just walking around all of sudden some crazy person just assaults you,” said ortiz. her friend was there, too, and her friend called her husband, who’s a  cop in texas , and i was kind of like tongue in cheek saying to her even if they arrest this lady, they’re probably going to let her go tomorrow.
