however, the class-bubble system will be eliminated. class bubbles were introduced during the last school year so that if one child caught covid-19 , in theory the virus would be contained to that student’s bubble. with the elimination of bubbles, children will be able to play with any student in the school. optional courses, extracurricular activities and sports études programs are expected to return.
roberge also outlined what the ministry is doing to improve air quality, which includes adding carbon dioxide detectors in all of the province’s schools. despite the improvements, roberge sought to assuage the fears of parents and school staff, saying that the air quality in the province’s schools is already “very good.”
he took aim at those who criticized the air quality of schools , saying they are causing panic among parents and teachers.
