trunk twist

trunk-twist exercise

this exercise stretches your back, spine, and upper torso muscles.

  • sit with your legs crossed.
  • reach your left hand toward your left foot, and place your right hand at your side for support.
  • slowly twist your torso to your right.
  • switch your hands and twist to your left.
  • repeat 2 to 4 times.
