a woman has been charged after allegedly stealing funds...

a woman has been charged after allegedly stealing funds from a north durham minor hockey team. 
on tuesday, durham regional police wrapped up an investigation into the alleged fraudulent spending of funds during the 2023-2024 hockey season.
the accused, who police said is the team manager, allegedly embezzled funds that were supposed to be used for team expenses.
jennifer henry, 42, of port perry, is charged with fraud over $5,000.

police believe there could be more victims and are asking them to come forward.
