police allege the suspect was involved in a second incident

a georgina man faces charges after a cyclist was observed “completely naked and touching himself.” york regional police say on oct. 31 at 1:30 p.m., a man was biking in a field in the area of kalevi rd. and narva ave.
“the victim had initially seen the suspect wearing clothing, but observed him a short time later completely naked and touching himself,” police alleged in a release tuesday.
the witness — who police did not give information about — yelled at the man “who then got dressed and fled by bike.”
cops allege the same person has been linked to an oct. 7 indecent act. they did not provide details on that incident.
dwayne grimes, 49, has been charged with two counts of an indecent act.
police believe there may be more alleged victims and are encouraging them to come forward.
