police in ottawa say the 16-year-old who was seriously injured in a utility task vehicle crash in constance bay has died.
police said a utility task vehicle, or utv, was involved in a single-vehicle crash on baillie avenue at about 11 p.m. on sept. 1.
police investigators would like to speak to anyone with doorbell, dash camera or surveillance video of the utv driving around constance bay between 10 and 11:15 p.m. that day.
