three suspects are in police custody and three more are on the lam following a shooting in west windsor.
gunshots were reportedly fired near the intersection of partington avenue and algonquin street shortly before midnight on jan. 30, windsor police said wednesday.
no physical injuries were reported. police believe it was an isolated incident.
investigators with the force’s major crimes unit have charged three suspects. a 22-year-old woman, a 33-year-old woman, and a 30-year-old man are each charged with accessory after the fact to attempted murder. police said they are withholding their names to avoid compromising the investigation.
three additional suspects are outstanding. one has been identified as chelsea adamache, 36, who is wanted on a charge of accessory after the fact to attempted murder.

police describe the second suspect as a light-skinned black man in his late 30s with vitiligo on his face — a condition that causes patches of skin to lose pigment. he is approximately five feet, two inches tall with a medium build, brown eyes, and curly hair. at the time of the shooting, he wore all black, police said. he is wanted for attempted murder.
police describe the third suspect as a man in his 30s with a light complexion and around five feet, 10 inches tall. he has a thin build, light eyes, a buzz cut, and strawberry-blonde facial hair. he also wore all black at the time of the shooting and is also wanted for attempted murder.

investigators believe two vehicles were involved in the incident: a black 2008 chevrolet suburban with chrome side mirrors, a sticker on the rear passenger side window, with ontario plate number dddp 146; and a grey 2010 ford edge with ontario plate number dczj 067.
police advise residents not to approach any of the suspects or suspect vehicles. anyone with information is asked to call the windsor police major crimes unit at 519-255-6700 ext. 4830. they can also contact crime stoppers anonymously at 519-258-8477 or catchcrooks.com.
