toronto police have charged a doctor for allegedly sexually assaulting a boy 15 years ago.
investigators say the accused was a licensed doctor at a medical clinic in the area of bathurst st. and lawrence ave. e. between july 1970 and august 2016.
police allege that on feb. 2, 2006, the doctor sexually assaulted a 17-year-old boy who was a patient.
on wednesday, jacques henri dubins, 77, of toronto, was charged with sexual assault and sexual exploitation.
the investigation is ongoing and police believe there could be more alleged victims.
